At the beginning of your main phase, you may put a card named 「Meiko」 from your hand onto your play area resting.

[Main/Both]: {REST} Give 1 of your characters named 「Meiko」 +10/+10 until end of turn. If you play an event this turn, ready that character.

The full spoiler for Miku Pt. 2 is now out and after looking through the new Meiko cards, even this powerhouse can’t make Meiko a viable deck.
